Privacy Policy

MySMM ("the tool") is a private content publishing tool operated by Anatoly, the author of the YouTube channel Dem_AI ("the owner"). The tool runs on the owner's own computer and is used only to manage the owner's own accounts. It is not offered to the public, and it does not collect information about other users.

1. Data the tool accesses

When the owner signs in with his Google account and grants permission, the tool can access:

• YouTube Data API (scopes youtube, youtube.upload, youtube.force-ssl): the owner's channel information, uploading his videos and editing their titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails and comments.
• YouTube Analytics API (scopes yt-analytics.readonly, yt-analytics-monetary.readonly): read-only statistics for the owner's own channel and videos.
• Google Drive API (scope drive.file): only the files that the tool itself creates in the owner's Drive. The tool cannot see any other files.

For Instagram and Threads the tool uses the official Meta Graph API with the owner's own access tokens to publish his posts and read their statistics.

2. How the data is used

• to upload and publish the owner's own content and set its metadata;
• to show the owner the performance of his own content so he can plan new posts;
• to place finished files in the owner's Drive and to give Instagram a temporary link to an image while it is being published.

The data is not used for advertising, profiling, selling, or training machine learning models.

3. Storage and security

• OAuth tokens are stored only on the owner's computer, in a folder excluded from any repository or cloud sync.
• The tool has no server and no cloud database. A local log keeps the IDs, links and titles of published items.
• Images placed in Google Drive for Instagram publishing are deleted right after the post is published.

4. Sharing

Google user data is not sold, rented or transferred to third parties. The only data that leaves the owner's computer is the owner's own content, sent to the platform where he chose to publish it (YouTube, Instagram, Threads).

5. Google API Services User Data Policy

MySMM's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. YouTube API Services

MySMM uses YouTube API Services. By using the tool you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

7. Revoking access and deleting data

Access can be revoked at any time on the Google security settings page. After that the tool can no longer access the account, and the owner deletes the locally stored tokens and logs. Any request about this policy can be sent to the contact below; it is answered within 30 days.

8. Cookies

This website does not use cookies, analytics or trackers.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new effective date.
